Dr Akinwunmi Ambode, today presented the 2018 Budget today at the Chambers of the Lagos State House of Assembly. The proposed budget christened ‘Budget of Progress and Development’ has a size of N1, 046,121,181,680 (N1, 046tn).
In his words:
This budget has something for everyone; young and old, man or woman, including the physically challenged in line with our vision of making Lagos work for all.
We shall make massive investments in infrastructural development, power, transportation/traffic management healthcare, security, education, food security, women & youth empowerment, and general public service.
